COMMENTARY

The stats are 5 years old. I believe the number of cybercafes in Nigeria today may be more than 100,000. The statistics do no justice to the telecomm boom that Nigeria has witnessed in the past 4 years.

For heaven's sake, update these stats just a little. Like, for example, where is the United States? From the source you cite:
U.S. Internet hosts: 115,311,958 (2002)
U.S. Internet users: 159 million (2002)

[sheesh]
